ORDER PROCESSING

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL, AND ARE AIMED TO BE FULFILLED WITHIN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. IF YOUR ORDER IS GOING TO BE DELAYED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED USING THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED.​

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING

​ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A TRACKED SERVICE, AND AIM TO ARRIVE WITHIN 1-5 DAYS FROM RECEIVING A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. POSTAGE CHARGES WILL BE CALCULATED AND DISPLAYED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, PLEASE ALLOW FURTHER TIME FOR THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A TRACKED SERVICE. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

PLEASE NOTE: ​YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND TAX CHARGES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER. ANY AND ALL FEES IMPOSED BEFORE AND/OR AFTER PLACING AN ORDER ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

DAMAGED GOODS

3DSM (FRIENDS NOT INCLUDED LTD) ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ORDER THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED. IF YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGE, PLEASE CONTACT US QUOTING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM(S) THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED. 3DSM (FRIENDS NOT INCLUDED LTD) WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH INFORMATION ON HOW TO START A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPMENT CARRIER, AND PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL THE DETAILS REQUIRED TO FILE THIS CLAIM.​

DEFECTIVE GOODS

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT IS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY, PLEASE CONTACT US QUOTING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM(S) THAT ARRIVED DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT YOU HAVE IN FACT RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEM, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND AND ALL RETURN POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE COVERED.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

3DSM (FRIENDS NOT INCLUDED LTD) HAS A RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY OF 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S), A CREDIT NOTE WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

 

IN ORDER TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S) FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE AND/OR ITEM(S), YOU MUST SATISFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  1. YOU MUST INFORM US OF YOUR INTENTION TO EXCHANGE, AND SHIP OUT THE ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.

  2. ALL ITEMS MUST BE BRAND NEW AND UNUSED, WITH ALL RELEVANT PACKAGING AND TAGS STILL INTACT, IN A CONDITION THAT WOULD ALLOW FOR IT TO BE SOLD AS NEW.

TO START A RETURN/EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT US QUOTING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE. YOU WILL THEN BE INFORMED OF YOUR NEXT STEPS ON HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S).

PLEASE NOTE: YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL POSTAGE AND TAX COSTS YOU MAY INCUR WHEN EXCHANGING AN ORDER.

ONCE YOUR RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, IT WILL BE INSPECTED AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ITS STATUS. IF THE ABOVE CRITERIA HAS BEEN SATISFIED YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, AND EITHER A CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED OR AN EXCHANGE ORDER WILL THEN BE PLACED WITH YOUR CHOSEN ITEM(S), AND PROCESSED AND SHIPPED AS PER OUR POLICIES ABOVE.

IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S) HAS NOT SATISFIED THE ABOVE CRITERIA, YOU WILL BE INFORMED OF THE DECISION AND YOUR ITEM(S) WILL BE RETURNED TO YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING ADDRESS.​
